project 365 update

so my self portrait project has been going good. its been fun trying to come up with a new and creative idea every day. i think its helping me become a better photographer.

so i have been working on my photography skills as of late and i am beginning to be be really happy about the results i have been getting. it's good stuff. i have been learning new photoshop skills that help with the editing process and really help me define a style that i am going after.

ok, so starting june 1st, i am going to attempt to post a new self portrait of myself everyday for an entire year. i will be posting them on my flickr.com account. so please go and check it out and watch for daily updates.

life has been ok as of late.
just enjoying the people around me, and the situations i have been put into.
just taking it a day at a time,
and seeing what happens next.

mom's day

so i went home for mothers day today. it was a good day. church was good. and it was nice to spend some time with the folks. they are just plain ole' good people. we went driving around and i brought my camera with me. above are a couple shots i snapped. more to come later. but i hope you like them.

so i've met some new people lately that i am just absolutely amazed by. its always a pleasure meeting new people, but these are top notch individuals. they are just so fantastically interesting and i hope we can be good friends. and to all my long time friends that read this, you all mean a ton to me. honestly. i appreciate that i just have good quality friends.
